Indications
Levofloxacin film-coated tablets are indicated for the treatment of the following infections in adults caused by microorganisms susceptible to levofloxacin:
- Acute sinusitis
- Acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis
- Community-acquired pneumonia
- Complicated urinary tract infections, including pyelonephritis
- Chronic bacterial prostatitis
- Infections of the skin and soft tissues
Dosage and Administration
Levofloxacin film-coated tablets are taken once or twice daily. The dose is adjusted according to the type and severity of the infection and the susceptibility of the suspected pathogen.
The duration of treatment depends on the clinical course of the disease.
Levofloxacin film-coated tablets should be taken orally without chewing, with a sufficient amount of liquid. When dose adjustment is required, the tablets may be divided.
The tablets may be taken 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals.
To avoid reduced absorption of levofloxacin, the tablets should be taken at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after the administration of iron salts, antacids, or sucralfate.

10 tablets per blister. 1 blister is packed in a carton together with the package leaflet.
Storage Conditions
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, in a dry place, protected from light and out of the reach of children.
