Indications
Ova Mit is indicated for the treatment of women with ovulation problems who wish to become pregnant.
Treatment with Ova Mit is effective when it is possible to stimulate the woman's ovulation and when her sexual partner is fertile.
Ova Mit is not effective in patients with primary pituitary insufficiency or ovarian failure. The medicine is indicated only for women with ovulatory dysfunction.
Ova Mit cannot be used as replacement therapy in other conditions that may cause ovarian dysfunction, such as thyroid or adrenal insufficiency.
Dosage and Administration
The usual dose of Ova Mit is 50 mg daily for 5 days, starting on the 5th day of the menstrual cycle or, in cases of amenorrhea, at any time.
If ovulation does not occur, a treatment course of 100 mg daily for 5 days may be prescribed, starting 30 days after the previous treatment.
Packaging
10 tablets in a blister. The blister is packed in a carton together with the package leaflet.
Storage Conditions
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, protected from light and out of the reach of children.
