Indications
MozinKey is indicated for the relief and treatment of symptoms of allergic rhinitis and asthma associated with allergic rhinitis.
Dosage and Administration
Levocetirizine and montelukast are used in combination to relieve allergy-related symptoms such as sneezing and runny nose.
Levocetirizine in MozinKey syrup is a well-established antiallergic medicine that blocks the action of histamine, which causes symptoms such as runny nose, sneezing, and watery eyes.
Montelukast in MozinKey syrup is classified as a leukotriene antagonist.

Additional Information on Special Populations
Renal / Hepatic Impairment
The dosing interval should be determined individually according to renal function.
Dose adjustment is recommended in patients with hepatic and renal impairment.
No dose adjustment is required in patients with mild to moderate hepatic impairment.
There are no available data regarding the use of this medicine in patients with severe hepatic impairment.
Pediatric Population
The safety and efficacy of MozinKey syrup in children under 15 years of age have not been established.
Elderly Patients
Dose adjustment is recommended in elderly patients with moderate to severe renal impairment.
Treatment with levocetirizine and montelukast may be added to the patient's existing treatment regimen in combination with other asthma therapies.
Dose Reduction When Used in Combination with Other Treatments
Bronchodilator Therapy
MozinKey may be added to the treatment regimen of patients whose asthma is not adequately controlled with bronchodilator therapy alone.
Once a clinical response is achieved, usually after the first dose, the patient's bronchodilator therapy may be reduced to the extent considered appropriate.
Inhaled Corticosteroids
The use of MozinKey provides additional clinical benefit in patients receiving treatment with inhaled corticosteroids.
The dose of the corticosteroid may be reduced. The dose should be gradually reduced under the supervision of a physician.
In some patients, treatment with MozinKey may be initiated immediately instead of inhaled corticosteroids.

Storage Conditions
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C and out of the reach of children.
